This medication is used for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia in both men and women. Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Men: After completely drying the hair and scalp, apply 1g (approximately half the cap) of this medication twice a day (morning and evening) to the affected area for at least 2-4 months. Do not exceed a total daily dosage of 2g. Women: After completely drying the hair and scalp, apply 1g (approximately half the cap) of this medication once a day to the affected area for at least 3-6 months. Do not exceed a total daily dosage of 1g.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by children under 18 years old or by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Patients with allergies to this medication or its components or those with heart-related diseases should avoid using it. Patients with non-genetic hair loss, sudden localized hair loss, or inflammation or infection of the scalp should also refrain from using this medication. It is advisable for patients using other scalp medications or who have shaved their scalp not to use this medication. Care should be taken when using this medication in conjunction with topical corticosteroids or vasodilators, as side effects may arise. Elderly patients over the age of 55 or those with edema or thyroid dysfunction should consult a specialist before use. If symptoms such as itching, redness, dermatitis, diarrhea, dizziness, heart-related symptoms, etc., occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. This medication can cause serious side effects if used on areas other than the scalp, so it should only be used on the scalp. After use, hands should be washed thoroughly, and care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. This medication is highly flammable; thus, it should be stored away from heat or flames and kept out of reach of children. Furthermore, this medication should be stored in its original container, as transferring it to another container may deteriorate its quality. When using this medication, follow the instructions of a specialist, as excessive use or misuse can lead to serious cardiovascular side effects.
