This medication is used to effectively lower the blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by monotherapy with Amlodipine or Telmisartan.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dosage of this medication is one tablet once daily, to be taken with water regardless of meals. It is advisable to take it at the same time each day (e.g., in the morning). Patients with renal impairment: No dose adjustment is needed for mild to moderate renal impairment, but severe renal impairment patients should start with a lower dose and gradually increase it. Precautions

This drug can cause serious harm to the fetus during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, so it should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. Dizziness, peripheral edema, fainting, drowsiness, headache, altered sensations, altered taste, tremor, visual impairment (including double vision), vertigo, tinnitus, palpitations, bradycardia, tachycardia, flushing, hypotension, orthostatic hypotension, cough, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, itching, sweating, rash, hair loss, purpura, skin discoloration, eczema, erythema, joint swelling, muscle cramps, arthralgia, myalgia, back pain, limb pain, tendon pain, erectile dysfunction
