For patients with essential hypertension, this medication can be used to manage blood pressure more effectively when blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled with amlodipine or telmisartan monotherapy. It helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications caused by elevated blood pressure and maintain a healthy blood pressure state. This medication is used for the treatment of hypertension.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dose of this medication is one tablet once daily, taken with water regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time every day (e.g., in the morning). Patients with severe renal impairment should start with a lower dose and gradually increase. The daily dose for patients with liver impairment should not exceed 40 mg. Precautions

This medication can cause serious problems for the fetus if used during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, and must be discontinued immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy.
