This medication is used in patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with monotherapy of amlodipine or telmisartan. This drug effectively lowers blood pressure, reducing the risk of cardiovascular complications and aiding in blood pressure management. Therefore, it plays an important role in the treatment of essential hypertension.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dose of this medication is one tablet once daily, to be taken with water regardless of meals. It is advisable to take it at the same time every day (e.g., in the morning). In patients with renal impairment, no dosage adjustment is needed for mild to moderate renal impairment, but patients with severe renal impairment should start at a lower dose and increase it gradually. Precautions
