This medication is used for patients with essential hypertension who have difficulty controlling blood pressure with amlodipine or telmisartan monotherapy. It helps effectively lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dosage is 1 tablet once daily, to be taken with water regardless of meals. It is suggested to take it at the same time every day (e.g., in the morning). Serious side effects

Hives, severe swelling (edema), angioedema (possibly fatal), chest discomfort, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reactions, severe rash with fever, blisters, skin peeling, oral/ocular mucosal pain, severe skin adverse reactions, dyspnea, asthma attacks, cough with respiratory abnormalities and fever, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), severe lethargy, liver abnormalities (jaundice), sudden and severe headaches.

Mild side effects

Dizziness, peripheral edema, upper respiratory infections (including pharyngitis and sinusitis), urinary tract infections (including cystitis), anemia, hyperkalemia, hypoglycemia, hyponatremia, hyperglycemia, depression, insomnia, mood changes, anxiety, confusion, drowsiness, migraine, paresthesia, fainting, peripheral neuropathy, taste disturbances, tremors, extrapyramidal disorders, muscle rigidity, visual disturbances, vertigo, tinnitus, palpitations, bradycardia, tachycardia, flushing, hypotension, orthostatic.

Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
