This medication is prescribed for patients using two drugs, Pimasartan and Rosuvastatin, simultaneously. Pimasartan helps in controlling blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension. Rosuvastatin is used as an adjunctive treatment when dietary changes and exercise fail to control various dyslipidemias including hypercholesterolemia and hyperlipidemia. It is also effective in delaying the progression of atherosclerosis and reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases, particularly contributing to a decrease in the risk of stroke, myocardial infarction, and arterial revascularization. Through these combined effects, it helps improve patients' cardiovascular health.
