Therefore, this medication helps improve deficiency states and restore health.

Inject 200,000 IU as cholecalciferol intramuscularly.
This medication contains vitamin D, so avoid excessive dosages. When used with foods fortified with vitamin D or other treatments, confirm the total amount of vitamin D. Regularly check the calcium levels in blood and urine; if calcium levels become too high, discontinue the medication. Extra caution is particularly needed for those with high calcium intake. This medication should not be administered to certain patients. For example, individuals allergic to any component of this medication or with hypercalcemia, kidney stones, or kidney dysfunction should not use it. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, bedridden patients, and those with certain diseases should also refrain from using this medication. Various side effects such as headaches, fatigue, muscle pain, digestive issues, dehydration, and hypertension may occur while taking this medication; if any unusual symptoms arise, consult a healthcare professional immediately. It is important to regularly check serum vitamin D levels and parathyroid hormone concentrations, as well as renal function every 3-6 months. Extra vigilance is needed, particularly for the elderly or those taking specific medications concurrently. Since it can interact with other drugs, if taken with anticonvulsants, diuretics, or antacids, frequently checking serum calcium levels as per a professional's guidance is necessary. In case of overdosing, immediately discontinue use, reduce calcium intake, ensure adequate hydration, and take measures to promote diuresis. Use as soon as possible after opening, and dispose of any remaining medication. Store the drug in a light-blocking container at room temperature in a cool place to maintain efficacy and prevent degradation.
