This medication should not be used in individuals with inflammatory fevers or those experiencing a rise in body temperature, or those who are physically weak and displaying dry cough symptoms. Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so patients with genetic issues that prevent lactose digestion should not take it. Side effects such as dry mouth or tongue deformation may occur during use, so caution is necessary. In particular, if the glycyrrhizin component included in this drug is consumed in excess of the recommended daily amount for a prolonged period, symptoms such as hypokalemia, increased blood pressure, fluid retention, edema, and weight gain may occur, so caution is warranted. It is advisable not to use this medication together with certain herbs, Banha and Odu. Patients with hypertension, heart or kidney disease, those with edema, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, elderly individuals, those with a history of allergic reactions to medications such as rashes or itching, and patients currently taking other medications should consult an expert before taking this medication. If symptoms such as skin rashes, itching, swelling of the face or extremities, increased blood pressure, headaches, muscle weakness or cramps occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult an expert. If symptoms do not improve over 5 to 6 days, stop taking the medication and consult an expert. This medication should not be taken for an extended period; if absolutely necessary, consult an expert. It is crucial to adhere strictly to the prescribed methods and dosages. Caution is necessary when taking it alongside potassium-containing medications or diuretics, as hypokalemia or myopathy may occur, and when taking with other herbal medicines, ensure there are no overlapping components. When storing, protect from direct sunlight and keep in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Additionally, it should be sealed in the original packaging as transferring to another container may risk misuse or degradation of quality.
