This medication is used for various types of arthritis and periarthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It is also effective for pain relief from toothaches, post-traumatic inflammation, low back pain, and sciatica. It helps improve pain from non-articular rheumatism. It is widely used to treat various forms of inflammation and pain.
For acetylcholine, take 100 mg once every 12 hours, twice a day. This medication should be taken whole and not chewed or crushed. Adjust according to symptoms. To minimize cardiovascular adverse reactions, it should be administered at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
Those who regularly consume more than three cups of alcohol daily should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Consuming this medication while frequently drinking alcohol increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. This medication may increase the risk to the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems.
