Hepamelzolorax (L-Aspartic Acid-L-Ornithine)

Adult dose

As L-Aspartic Acid-L-Ornithine, take 6 g per dose, twice a day. Dissolve in a large amount of water and take after meals (for powder form). Take after meals (for liquid form).

This medication should not be taken by individuals with very poor kidney function, especially those with a creatinine level of 3 mg/100 mL or higher in blood tests. Individuals allergic to acetylsalicylic acid should consult with a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. This is especially important for those who have had allergic symptoms such as asthma. If any unusual symptoms occur while taking this medication, you should immediately stop taking it and consult a specialist. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after taking it for about 2 weeks, stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist. It is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage and dosing schedule, and not to change the dosage on your own. This medication should be stored out of reach of children in a safe place, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool place with low humidity. Moreover, transferring the medication from its original container to another container may compromise its quality or increase the risk of misuse, so it must be stored in its original container with the cap tightly closed.
