Adult dose

Administer 60 mg per dose orally 3 times daily, as 95% ethanol soft extract of Artemisia argyi leaves.

This product contains lactose, so it should not be used by patients with genetic disorders that prevent the breakdown of lactose. Patients with thrombotic disorders or serious problems in major organs such as the liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, or blood should be cautious when using this medication. Patients who have had allergic reactions to drugs or those allergic to ingredient 4 Yellow should also take this medication with caution. While taking this medication, gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea, vomiting, heartburn, and upper abdominal pain may occasionally occur. Nervous system symptoms like dizziness or headaches, and skin symptoms such as rashes or itching may rarely occur. Liver function-related test values may temporarily rise, so caution is needed for patients with liver health issues. When used with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal bloating, upper abdominal pain, and diarrhea may occur more frequently. The safety of this medication for patients with peptic ulcers or gastroesophageal reflux disease, and those who have undergone gastrectomy, has not been fully established, so it should be discussed with a physician before use. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult healthcare professionals before using this medication, as its safety has not been established. Long-term or high-dose use of this medication may affect blood test results, so regular testing may be necessary.
