Alfosent Tablet (Cholin Alfoscerate)

Adult dose

Administer 400 mg of choline alfoscerate orally per dose, 2～3 times daily. The dose may be adjusted as appropriate according to symptoms.

This medication should not be used by individuals who are allergic to this drug or its components. Additionally, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medication. Nausea may occur when taking this medication, which is due to its effect on dopamine action in the brain. If such symptoms occur, the dosage of the medication should be reduced. It may affect the gastrointestinal tract and can cause gastritis or other gastrointestinal disorders. It may impact mental or neurological functions leading to drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, nervousness, convulsions, and excessive motor activity. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children. Additionally, transferring the medication to another container may lead to accidents and deterioration in the quality of the drug, so it is advisable to store it in its original container.
