Vitamins E, B1, and B6 are helpful during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, post-illness recovery, and as a supplement in old age. These vitamins are effective in alleviating peripheral blood circulation disorders and symptoms commonly associated with menopause, such as stiffness in the shoulders or neck, numbness in the hands and feet, and cold sensation. Additionally, they are used to alleviate symptoms of neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. They are also effective against sciatica or eye fatigue, and muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Thus, they are used to help improve various symptoms and conditions, promoting health and enhancing quality of life.
