Individuals who have experienced asthma attacks due to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) should avoid using this medication because it may trigger severe asthma attacks. Children under 15 years of age should not use this medication as safety has not been sufficiently verified. Pregnant women in the third trimester should not use this medication as it may pose risks to the fetus and mother. During the use of this medication, do not use other diclofenac preparations or NSAIDs simultaneously. Patients with bronchial asthma or inflammation with concurrent infection must consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. In cases of chronic illness, this medication should be used cautiously while closely monitoring the patient's condition. Pregnant women should especially avoid use during the third trimester, and use during the first and second trimesters should be limited to the minimum duration and dosage necessary. Breastfeeding women are advised against using this medication as it may transfer into breast milk. Elderly patients are at higher risk for adverse reactions in the cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and renal systems, so it should be used cautiously at minimal doses. If serious skin adverse reactions, such as red spots, rashes, swelling, or blisters occur while using this medication, stop using it immediately and consult a doctor. Severe reactions such as hypersensitivity or asthma attacks can rarely occur, so caution is advised. This medication is a symptomatic treatment and does not address the underlying cause, so efficacy and side effects should be re-evaluated with long-term use. Do not use on eyes or mucous membranes, or on damaged skin, and do not cover with an occlusive bandage. Be cautious as skin irritation or tingling may occur if the skin is damaged. When used with certain antibiotics, there may be a risk of seizures; immediate appropriate action should be taken if any abnormal symptoms occur. In case of overdose, serious systemic side effects such as hypotension, renal failure, and seizures may occur, so caution is necessary. This medication may worsen renal function when used with certain diuretics, and renal status should be closely monitored. There is a risk of serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulceration, and perforation, so extra caution is required when used with drugs that increase bleeding risk. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.
