Vitamin D is particularly necessary during pregnancy, breastfeeding, growth, and elderly stages, as it prevents vitamin D deficiency in the body and helps in the healthy development of bones and teeth. It is also effective in preventing poor development of bones and teeth or rickets. For these reasons, vitamin D is used to maintain bone health and growth in the body.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 and over, take 1 capsule once a day.

Child dose

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (high calcium levels in the blood), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or those with kidney disease. If any abnormal symptoms occur while taking this medication, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, low blood pressure, redness of the face, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, red spots, cardiac arrest, or central nervous system dysfunction, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if an overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after one month of use, it is also necessary to discontinue use and consult a physician. This medication should be taken exactly as prescribed in terms of dosage, and it’s advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green or black tea, before and after taking it. Patients at risk of lipid overload should monitor their blood lipid levels to adjust the dosage of this medication, and if receiving other lipid injections, they should consider the lipid content when adjusting the dosage. Store this medication in a place out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight and keeping it in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Moreover, to prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medication, it’s important not to transfer it to another container.
