Patients with impaired kidney or liver function, the elderly, or those with asthma should use this medication with extra caution, and it should be administered according to a doctor's instructions. Various side effects such as dizziness, dyspepsia, increased liver enzymes, skin rashes, and other skin reactions may occur; if any unusual symptoms arise, immediate consultation with a healthcare professional is necessary.
