This medication should not be used in certain patients. First, patients who have had an allergic reaction to this medication or its components should not take it. Additionally, patients with orthostatic hypotension should be cautious as this medication may worsen symptoms. Patients with severely impaired liver function should not use this medication due to the risk of increased blood concentration. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant are also advised not to take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so patients with lactose intolerance or specific genetic issues should not take it. Patients with severe kidney disorders, elderly patients, and patients taking certain medications should use this medication cautiously. In particular, patients taking antihypertensive drugs, PDE5 inhibitors, CYP3A4 inhibitors, or alpha-1 blockers may have a higher risk of side effects due to interactions, so caution is necessary. Patients with a history of urinary syncope should also be cautious when using this medication. During treatment with this medication, side effects such as dizziness, blood pressure decrease, headache, drowsiness, skin rash, and dyspepsia may occur. Particularly, due to a decrease in blood pressure, fainting or loss of consciousness may occur, so symptoms should be closely monitored. If liver function abnormalities or allergic reactions occur, the medication should be stopped immediately and medical attention sought. This medication is not a treatment for hypertension but is for symptom relief, so alternative treatments should be considered if it is ineffective. When taking this medication, be cautious of sudden posture changes that may cause blood pressure drops, and be prepared for dizziness when driving or performing hazardous tasks. This medication should not be chewed or opened in capsule form but must be taken as directed. Also, keep it out of reach of children and do not transfer it to another container.
