Precautions

This medication should not be used during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, as it can cause serious side effects to the fetus. It should not be administered to pregnant patients or nursing mothers, and usage should be discontinued immediately if pregnancy is confirmed. This drug should not be used in patients with severely impaired liver function or severely impaired kidney function. The hydrochlorothiazide component may react sensitively to sunlight, posing a risk for skin cancer; therefore, during treatment, avoid UV exposure and regularly check skin conditions. Side effects such as dizziness, hypotension, or electrolyte imbalances may occur, so immediate consultation with healthcare providers is necessary if symptoms arise. Furthermore, due to numerous drug interactions, it's essential to inform doctors or pharmacists of any other medications being taken.
