This medicine is used for the treatment of essential hypertension. It helps effectively control blood pressure by adding therapy for patients whose blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled by telmisartan alone. How to take

Adult dose

For patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with telmisartan alone, this medicine should be taken once daily with water, with or without meals. It is recommended to adjust the dosage of each component individually before switching to this fixed-dose combination medicine. Precautions

This medicine can cause serious harm or risk of death to the fetus during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, so it should be discontinued immediately if pregnancy is confirmed. Patients with allergies to the ingredients of this medicine, certain liver or kidney diseases, pregnant women, and nursing mothers should not take this medicine. Elderly patients, those with high potassium levels, weak liver function, or heart valve disease should use this medicine with caution.
