This medication is used for blood pressure control in patients with essential hypertension. It also helps reduce the risk of myocardial infarction, stroke, and mortality due to cardiovascular diseases in high-risk patients over 55 years of age who have intolerances to ACE inhibitors or a high risk of cardiovascular disease. This is effective in preventing the occurrence of serious complications related to cardiovascular diseases and improving the patient's health.
