The safety and efficacy in children under the age of 18 have not been established, and elderly patients over 70 years may be more sensitive to the medication. In case of overdose, symptoms such as hypotension, cardiac arrhythmias, or shock may occur, and immediate medical attention should be sought for appropriate treatment.
