Although it is used for the treatment of urination disorders, if there is no effect, alternative treatment methods should be considered, and it is important to check for prostate cancer beforehand. This medication can be taken with several other drugs without significant issues, but caution is advised when using it with antihypertensives as blood pressure may drop too low. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult with a physician before taking this medication and should avoid it if possible. Safety and efficacy have not been sufficiently verified in children, and older adults should start with a lower dose to prevent excessively low blood pressure. In case of overdose, blood pressure may drop sharply, so immediate medical help should be sought, and additional treatment may be necessary.
