This medication is used to treat skin fungal infections caused by dermatophytes, such as athlete's foot, tinea cruris (jock itch), and tinea corporis.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals who have a history of allergic reactions to specific ingredients. Pregnant women, women who may become pregnant, and breastfeeding women are also advised not to use this medication. Additionally, this medication should not be used by children and infants. This medication should not be applied to mucous membranes such as the eyes or the area around the eyes, mouth, nose, vagina, scrotum, or vulva. It should not be used on areas with eczema or those that are damp and raw, nor on severely wounded areas, fingernails, or the scalp. Breastfeeding should be discontinued during the use of this medication because it may be excreted in breast milk. Individuals who are receiving treatment from a doctor or have experienced allergic reactions to medications, as well as those with a personal or family history of allergies, should consult a professional before use. If there are symptoms of itching or rawness, and it is unclear whether this is due to eczema, athlete's foot, or tinea corporis, a professional diagnosis is necessary. Consultation is also required before use if symptoms are present on the face or large areas, or if there are areas that are suppurated. Those allergic or hypersensitive to propylene glycol, an ingredient in this medication, should use it cautiously. If symptoms such as rash, redness, itching, swelling, irritation, heat sensation, scaling, skin dryness, or cracking appear after use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after 2 weeks of use or worsen, cease use and consult a doctor.
