If pregnancy is confirmed, this medication should be stopped immediately, and regular testing should be done to check the fetus's health. This medication should not be given to patients with severely impaired liver function or specific genetic diseases, and care should be taken in patients with a history of angioedema. Additionally, patients with diabetes or moderate to severe kidney dysfunction should avoid combination therapy with certain medications.
