This medication is used to relieve pain caused by inflammatory joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis (degenerative arthritis), and periartritis of the scapulohumeral region, as well as low back pain, sciatica, and non-articular rheumatism.

How to take

Adult dose

As aceclofenac, take 200 mg once daily. This medication should be taken intact, without chewing or crushing. To minimize cardiovascular adverse reactions, it should be administered at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.

Precautions

This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding when taken by individuals who drink more than three alcoholic beverages daily, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist beforehand. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases, so individuals with risk factors such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, or smoking should use it cautiously and at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible. This medication can cause serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, so elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases should be particularly careful.
