Relief of fever and pain, inflammation and pain relief for arthritis, etc.
This medication is used to relieve fever and pain caused by colds, back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and postoperative pain. It is also effective for various types of pain such as headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, and neuralgia. It helps with ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, and soft tissue injuries like sprains or contusions. It can also be used for non-articular rheumatic diseases such as tendinitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. It broadly applies to various pain and inflammatory diseases, improving symptoms for patients.
Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: 200-600 mg orally once, 3-4 times a day. Maximum daily dosage is 3200 mg. For mild to moderate pain, colds: 200-400 mg orally once, 3-4 times a day. For migraine: 200-400 mg orally once, do not exceed 400 mg in 24 hours.
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: Administer 30-40 mg per kg of body weight orally divided into 3-4 doses per day.
This medication may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily; consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. If you have cardiovascular disease or risk factors, long-term use of this medication may increase the risk of serious cardiovascular complications such as myocardial infarction or stroke, so caution is advised. This medication can cause serious gastrointestinal diseases including gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations, particularly in the elderly or long-term users, so immediate consultation with medical personnel is required if abnormal symptoms occur. Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe liver, kidney, or heart disease, high blood pressure, or those with allergies to the drug components should not take this medication. This medication should not be taken in excess of the recommended dosage, and co-administration with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should be avoided. If breastfeeding, this medication can be transferred through breast milk and may cause serious adverse reactions in infants, so breastfeeding or medication intake should be stopped. Before taking this medication, individuals with blood disorders, liver and kidney diseases, heart disease, high blood pressure, or a history of hypersensitivity should consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication may reduce the cardio-protective effects of aspirin and increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding when used concomitantly, so caution is advised. In case of overdose, serious symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting, liver dysfunction, kidney failure, or difficulty breathing may occur; immediate medical help should be sought. During use, if unusual symptoms such as skin rash, difficulty breathing, heart palpitations, or blood pressure changes occur, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. In the late stages of pregnancy, this medication may affect the fetus, so it should be avoided; after mid-pregnancy, it should be used only at the minimum dosage for the shortest possible duration.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), tightness in the chest, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in the mucous membranes of mouth/eyes, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory issues with cough and fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy, sudden and severe headaches, lightning headache, seizures, confusion, visual disturbances, paralysis, urination problems

Do not take this medication with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or high doses of methotrexate. Consult a doctor or pharmacist when taken with low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is important to maintain storage temperatures between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature.
