Coliasen Soft Capsules (Choline Alphoscerate)

Adult dosage

Administer 400 mg of choline alfoscerate orally per dose, 2～3 times daily. Adjust the dose as appropriate according to symptoms.

This medicine should not be used by anyone allergic to this medicine or its components. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should also not take this medicine. Nausea may occur when taking this medicine, which may be due to its effect on dopamine activity in the brain. If nausea becomes severe, the dosage should be reduced. Moreover, it may affect the digestive system and could lead to gastritis or gastrointestinal diseases. It may also affect the mental and nervous system, causing drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, or nervousness, and in severe cases, convulsions or excessive motor behavior may occur. This medicine should be kept in a safe place out of the reach of children. Furthermore, transferring the medicine to another container should be avoided as it may cause accidents or reduce the quality of the medicine.
