This medication may pose a risk of gastric bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than 3 alcoholic drinks a day; therefore, it is essential to consult with a doctor or pharmacist. This medication may affect the cardiovascular system, increasing the risk of thrombosis, myocardial infarction, and stroke, so patients with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should be particularly cautious. Patients with a history of ulcers or bleeding in the stomach, or severe liver, kidney, or heart conditions should not take this medication, and those with allergic reactions or asthma history should also avoid it. Long-term, high-dose use may lead to headaches, so it is important to follow prescribed dosages and duration. This medication may interact with other drugs, particularly with antihypertensives, diuretics, anticoagulants, and immunosuppressants, so consultation with medical personnel is required when taking them together. If adverse symptoms such as skin rash, breathing difficulties, severe abdominal pain, hematuria, or jaundice occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and seek medical attention. This medication should be used at the minimum effective dose and for the shortest duration necessary, and regular blood tests and checks of liver and kidney function are crucial to monitor for any abnormalities.
