This medication assists in the treatment of megaloblastic anemia, used during pregnancy, after childbirth, and while breastfeeding. It also aids the recovery of patients in convalescence and improves deficiency syndromes resulting from specific nutrient deficiencies or dietary imbalances. It is used as an adjunct in treating sequelae of hepatitis or reduced liver function and during toxic infection states. It also helps enhance the therapeutic effect when taken alongside antibiotic treatment. This medication is effective in a variety of cases.
How to take
Adult dose
Take 2 vials (vial) per day before meals. Press the protruding part of the upper cap firmly down to mix the powder and liquid well, then twist the upper cap to the left to open and take.
Precautions
This medicine should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this drug or any of its ingredients. Additionally, infants under 3 months old and cancer patients should not take this medicine. During the course of taking this medicine, it is advisable not to take certain medications, for example, levodopa and hydantoin. Those undergoing medical treatment, pregnant, or breastfeeding women, as well as people with liver diseases or epilepsy, must consult with a specialist before taking this medication. It is also important to consult a doctor or pharmacist if taking other medications as there may be interactions with this medicine. If any unusual symptoms such as allergic reactions, mental confusion, headaches, or digestive discomfort occur while taking this drug, immediately stop taking it and consult a specialist. Interactions
Drug interactions
Do not take this medicine with levodopa or hydantoin. Chloramphenicol, cycloserine, ethionamide, hydralazine, isoniazid, penicillamine, immunosuppressants, estrogen, antiepileptics (phenobarbital, phenytoin, primidone, sodium valproate, carbamazepine, barbiturates, etc.), methotrexate, sulfasalazine, lithium, nitrous oxide, aspirin, tricyclic antidepressants, or phenothiazine derivatives should not be taken together with this medication.
