The vitamins E, B1, and B6 included in this medicine help alleviate various symptoms of the body. Vitamin E alleviates peripheral circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness in hands and feet. Vitamin B1 reduces neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamin B6 improves symptoms such as inflammation around the mouth, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Additionally, it is helpful in alleviating muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. This medicine is used for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, physical weakening during or after illness, and health management in old age.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 years and older, take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who have an allergic reaction to this medicine or its components. Children under 12 months or patients with severe kidney dysfunction should also avoid taking this medicine. It is recommended that individuals allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, peanuts, etc., do not use this medicine. During the course of taking this medicine, it should not be used in conjunction with drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Patients under treatment, pregnant or possibly pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, infants, patients with heart or circulatory diseases, kidney disorders, patients with hypoalbuminemia, and those with lipid metabolism disorders should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as upper abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, red spots, nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeats, or central nervous system symptoms occur, the use of the medicine should be immediately discontinued, and a specialist should be consulted. If menstrual periods become shorter than usual or bleeding persists for a long time, stopping the medication and seeking advice is necessary. Women taking estrogen-containing oral contraceptives or patients at risk of thromboembolism should be cautious when taking this medicine as it may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use of pyridoxine may lead to neurological damage symptoms, so caution is needed. Overdosage may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure, so the dosage must be strictly adhered to. Taking in combination with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene poses the risk of hyperkalemia, so caution is required. If symptoms do not improve after taking for more than one month, consult a specialist. This medicine must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and directions. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking the medicine. Patients with lipid metabolism issues should regularly check their plasma lipid levels and adjust the dosage accordingly.
