Vitamins E, B1, and B6 are used to alleviate various symptoms through their distinct characteristics and benefits. Vitamin E helps relieve shoulder and neck stiffness associated with peripheral circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms, as well as cold extremities. Vitamin B1 is effective in reducing pain from neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and is effective for the prevention of beriberi and improving eye fatigue. Vitamin B6 is used to relieve symptoms such as angular cheilitis, cheilosis, stomatitis, and glossitis, along with symptoms of dermatitis and eczema. Additionally, magnesium supplementation may be needed to prevent or alleviate muscle cramps resulting from magnesium deficiency. These medications are particularly helpful for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, after illness, and in elderly individuals, and are used for overall health improvement.

If menstruation becomes faster than usual or if bleeding persists for an extended period, consultation is also necessary. In case of overdose, immediate consultation with a specialist is required, and if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, the medication should be discontinued and medical advice sought. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing beverages like green tea or black tea before or after taking this medication.
