For aceclofenac, take 100 mg twice a day every 12 hours. For patients with liver impairment, an initial dose of 100 mg per day is administered. This drug should be taken as a whole without chewing or breaking. Adjust the dose according to symptoms. To minimize cardiovascular adverse reactions, it should be administered at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
