Silverserin Soft Capsules (Cholin Alphoscerate)

Adult dose

Administer choline alfoscerate 400 mg orally 2–3 times daily. Adjust the dose appropriately according to symptoms.

This medication should not be used by patients with allergies to this medication or its ingredients. It is also safe for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant to avoid taking this medication. Nausea may occur when taking this medication as it affects the neurotransmitter dopamine. If nausea is severe, the dosage should be reduced. Caution is advised as it may affect the digestive system, possibly leading to gastritis or gastrointestinal disorders. Additionally, this medication may cause neurological side effects such as drowsiness or insomnia, irritability, nervousness, convulsions, and increased unnecessary movement. This medication should be stored in a place out of the reach of children, and it is recommended to keep it in its original packaging to prevent degradation or accidents resulting from transferring it to another container.
