Kairidocaine Cream 9.6% (Lidocaine)

Adult dosage

Apply 0.24 to 0.65g (23 to 62 mg of lidocaine) as lidocaine 5 to 15 minutes before intercourse. The dosage and application time may vary by individual, and the lowest effective dose should be used. Do not exceed a maximum of 2g (184 mg of lidocaine) within 24 hours.

This medication should not be used by individuals with hypersensitivity to amide-type local anesthetics. It is also advisable not to apply this medication to areas of skin with wounds or inflammation. It is safest for pregnant individuals not to use this medication. Caution should be exercised when using this medication in patients with liver or kidney diseases. This medication contains propylene glycol; individuals allergic to or sensitive to this ingredient should use it carefully. If rashes or irritation occur during use, stop using it immediately, and consult a doctor if symptoms persist. Long-term use without a doctor's instructions for more than 3 months should be avoided. This medication is for external application only and should be kept away from the eyes and nose. Repeated applications to the same area should be avoided. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius, too cold places, and direct sunlight. After use, do not burn the medication and dispose of it properly.
