Adult dose

1 tablet per dose, 2 to 3 times a day.

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to this medication or any of its components. It is important not to take this medication together with the drug Levodopa. Individuals currently receiving treatment from a physician or those with a history of allergy to the color additive Yellow No. 5 should consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as itching, skin rash, reddening, constipation, nausea, or discomfort in the upper abdomen occur while taking this medication, it should be discontinued immediately, and a healthcare professional should be consulted. If symptoms do not improve after a month of taking the medication, it is necessary to stop taking it and consult a doctor. Caution should be taken with prolonged use of pyridoxine at doses above 500 mg to 2 g per day, as neurological abnormalities may occur. Patients with folic acid deficiency should be careful not to take more than 10 micrograms of vitamin B12 daily, as it may lead to blood abnormalities. If an overdose occurs, consult a healthcare professional immediately. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines. This medication may cause urine to turn yellow, which can affect certain test results. Keep this medication out of the reach of children, store it tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Additionally, avoid transferring this medication from its original container to another, as this could lead to misuse or deterioration of quality.

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication in conjunction with Levodopa.
