This medication is used to treat peptic ulcers such as gastric and duodenal ulcers, anastomotic ulcers, upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding, as well as acute stress ulcers and hemorrhagic gastritis. It is also effective for gastroesophageal reflux disease and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It alleviates symptoms by improving gastric mucosal lesions such as erosion, bleeding, redness, and swelling that occur during acute exacerbations of acute or chronic gastritis. By aiding in the treatment of various gastrointestinal conditions, it effectively improves the condition of the patient's gastric mucosa.
