Efficacy & effects

Improvement of blood pressure control in essential hypertension

  • Essential hypertension
View approved original text

In cases where blood pressure is not well controlled due to essential hypertension, the combination of amlodipine and valsartan helps effectively lower and control blood pressure. These two medications cause vasodilation and stabilize blood pressure through different mechanisms, thus enhancing the treatment effect when monotherapy is insufficient. Therefore, this medication is used for the control of blood pressure in essential hypertension.
