This medicine contains ingredients such as vitamins E, B₁, B₂, and B₆, which help in cases of physical fatigue, reduced strength during pregnancy and lactation, or after illness, and in the elderly. It is also effective in improving peripheral blood circulation disorders, symptoms of shoulder or neck stiffness during menopause, and coldness of hands and feet. Additionally, it aids in relieving pain like neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and is used to alleviate skin conditions such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. It is also effective in reducing fatigue of the eyes. Overall, this medicine is used to improve various symptoms related to vitamin deficiencies.

How to take

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who have an allergic reaction to this medicine or its ingredients. Individuals under three months old or who are allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also avoid this medicine. Do not take this medicine together with the drug levodopa. Children under one year old, patients receiving treatment from a doctor, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with metabolic issues should consult a specialist before taking this medicine. This medicine contains the pigment Yellow No. 5, so individuals allergic to this ingredient should exercise caution. If symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, rash, vomiting, itching, or swelling occur during use, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Women should be cautious as changes in menstrual cycles or prolonged bleeding may occur. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis may have an increased risk of thrombosis when taking this medicine. Long-term high-dose intake of vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage, so caution is advised. Individuals lacking folic acid may experience blood abnormalities when taking high doses of vitamin B12. High-dose intake may lead to peptic ulcers, glucose control disturbances, increased uric acid, and liver damage. In case of overdose or if symptoms do not improve after taking for more than a month, consult a specialist immediately. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and supervise children when administering. This medicine may turn urine yellow, which should be considered during examinations. Patients at risk of fat overload should monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust their dosage accordingly. If receiving other lipid injections, dosage should be adjusted based on the total amount considered. Store in a tightly closed container, protecting it from air and moisture, and keep it at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. This will help maintain the effectiveness of the medicine for a longer period.
