The vitamins A, E, B1, and B6 included in this medicine help replenish energy when there is physical fatigue, and also assist in cases of decreased stamina during pregnancy, lactation, or due to illness or recovery. It supplies the nutrients necessary for the elderly to maintain health. Vitamins are effective in alleviating dry eyes and improving night blindness and eye fatigue. It also alleviates shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness of the limbs resulting from peripheral blood circulation disorders or menopause. It helps with symptoms of neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain. Magnesium is used to prevent and relieve muscle cramps.
How to take

Aged 12 and older: Take 1 capsule twice a day.
Precautions
This medication should be used cautiously in women during the first three months of pregnancy or in women who may become pregnant, as administering over 5,000 IU of vitamin A per day may pose a risk of congenital malformations. Individuals allergic to the components of this medication or infants under 12 months, patients with severe renal failure, or those hypersensitive to soy, peanuts, or beans should not take it. Patients with lipid metabolism issues such as hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, or individuals allergic to Yellow No. 5 should use this medication with caution. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with phosphate, calcium salt, oral tetracycline, antacids, levodopa, and other medications during treatment. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, itching, joint pain, diarrhea, rash, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system symptoms occur while taking this medication, stop immediately and consult a specialist. This medication may increase the risk of thrombosis, so women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients with a predisposition to thrombosis must be cautious. Long-term high doses of vitamin A may increase the risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, therefore caution is required. Patients at risk for fat overload should monitor plasma lipid levels regularly and adjust dosage as necessary. When taking this medication, it is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and ensure the total intake of vitamin A does not exceed 5,000 IU per day. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Keep this medication out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it is important not to transfer to another container.
