Precautions

This medication should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist if you regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, as it may cause gastric bleeding. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like this one carry a risk of cardiovascular problems; thus, individuals with heart disease or risk factors should be closely monitored. If symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, or slurred speech occur during treatment, stop taking this medication immediately and consult healthcare professionals. Due to the risk of serious gastrointestinal issues like bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, individuals with a history of gastrointestinal disease or the elderly should exercise particular caution. Severe skin rashes, mucosal damage, or allergic reactions can occur, so if these symptoms arise, stop taking the medication and notify healthcare professionals immediately. This medication may affect kidney or liver function, so those with kidney or liver disease should undergo regular testing while taking it. Women who are planning to become pregnant or may be pregnant should avoid taking this medication, as it may be harmful to the fetus during pregnancy. This medication should not be used by individuals with certain genetic disorders or those allergic to aspirin and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Individuals with high blood pressure, heart failure, or blood clotting disorders should be particularly cautious while taking this medication and frequently check blood pressure and heart status. There are numerous drug interactions, so inform healthcare professionals if you are taking other medications, especially when using anticoagulants, diuretics, lithium, or methotrexate. Dizziness, drowsiness, or visual disturbances may occur during treatment, so caution should be exercised with driving or operating machinery. This medication should be taken at the lowest effective dosage for the shortest possible duration. Long-term use may require regular blood tests and monitoring of liver and kidney function. In case of overdose, seek medical attention immediately for gastric lavage and supportive care, as there is no specific antidote. Keep this medication out of the reach of children and store it sealed in its original container.
