Relief of itching and inflammation from corticosteroid-responsive skin diseases
This medicine is used to relieve itching and inflammation caused by corticosteroid-responsive skin diseases. It effectively reduces uncomfortable symptoms in the skin, helping to make the patient's life more comfortable. This effect improves skin condition and contributes to rapid recovery.
Apply thinly to the affected area once a day and gently rub in until fully absorbed. Avoid occlusive dressings.
This medication should not be used in patients with skin infections caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses, or animals. It should not be administered to those with known allergies or hypersensitivity to the drug or its components. It should be avoided in patients with eczema of the ear canal who have perforation of the eardrum due to delayed healing. The use should be avoided in patients with ulcers or severe burns or frostbite on the skin, as skin regeneration may be delayed. It is also advisable not to use in patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, rosacea, or those experiencing anal and genital itching. It is banned for children under 2 years old. Caution is warranted for pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, children, and the elderly. This medication contains propylene glycol, and those allergic to it should be particularly cautious. Infection may worsen, and if symptoms appear, use should be discontinued immediately and appropriate treatment sought. Prolonged use, or use over large areas, may lead to skin thinning, pigmentation changes, and side effects like acne, so caution is necessary. Even topical use may have systemic effects, so regular monitoring of blood hormone levels may be required. Care should be taken when applying around the eyes as this may increase intraocular pressure or risk of glaucoma; consult a specialist immediately if vision changes occur. It is generally not used for inflammatory conditions associated with skin infections, but if necessary, it should be used alongside treatment for infection. As soon as symptoms improve, discontinue use as soon as possible; and if symptoms worsen, stop use immediately. During pregnancy, this medication can affect the fetus, so it should only be used restrictedly when necessary. While breastfeeding, this medication's components can be transmitted through breast milk, necessitating careful use. In children, growth disorders or hormonal abnormalities can occur, so long-term use beyond 3 weeks should be avoided. For the elderly, the risk of side effects is higher, necessitating medical supervision when used in large doses or for extended periods. This medication should not be applied directly to the eyes, and after makeup or shaving, it should only be used for treatment purposes; occlusive dressings should only be used under a doctor's instructions. It should be kept out of reach of children to prevent safety accidents.
Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent exposure to air or humidity, and it is recommended to keep it at room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius. Proper storage will help maintain the medication's efficacy and prevent deterioration.
