The vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C contained in this medicine are helpful for supplementing when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and when physical strength decreases during or after illness. It is also effective for alleviating pain such as nerve pain, muscle pain, and joint pain, as well as treating inflammation around the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, etc.), as well as oral inflammation such as stomatitis and glossitis. It can also be used for improving symptoms of eczema and dermatitis of the skin, prevention of beriberi (beriberi disease), and helps relieve eye fatigue. Zinc is also supplied to aid in boosting the body's immunity. Therefore, this medicine is used for various fatigue recovery, inflammation relief, and nutritional supplementation.

Precautions
This medicine should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (too much calcium in the blood), patients with granulomatosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or patients with kidney disease. Those who are allergic or have hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in this medicine should also avoid use. It is also safe for babies under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and patients with severe kidney failure to avoid taking this medicine. While taking this medicine, phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and drugs like Levodopa should not be taken together. If currently receiving treatment from a doctor or have gastrointestinal diseases such as hyperoxaluria, peptic ulcer, chronic ulcerative colitis, or localized colitis, one should consult an expert before taking this medicine. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should also consult an expert before taking this medicine. Those with heart and circulatory problems, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, those taking cardiac glycosides, gout patients, or those with kidney stones should be cautious as well. This medicine contains a pigment called Yellow No. 5, so those with allergies or hypersensitivity to this ingredient should be careful when taking it. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, oral inflammation, skin rash, abnormal heartbeat, hair loss, gastrointestinal disorders, or breathing difficulties occur while taking this medicine, immediately stop taking it and consult an expert. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and in particular, if pyridoxine is taken for a long period at doses exceeding 500 mg per day, symptoms of nerve damage may occur. Excessive intake of vitamin B12 may cause abnormal blood reactions, so caution is advised. High-dose intake may worsen peptic ulcers and affect blood sugar control, increase uric acid levels, and cause liver damage. Large doses may cause gastrointestinal symptoms, hypernatremia, heart failure, edema; therefore, caution is advised. Long-term use may lead to hypercalcemia and nephrolithiasis, so regular check-ups are necessary. Taking it with certain diuretics may dangerously increase blood potassium levels, so caution is warranted. If overdosed or symptoms do not improve within a month despite continuing treatment, seek immediate consultation with an expert. This medicine must be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration, as it may affect urine test results; it is imperative to inform of the use before and after testing. Additionally, this medicine may cause urine to turn yellow, which can influence clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas like green tea or black tea during, or shortly before or after taking this medicine. This medicine should be kept out of the reach of children and stored in a tightly sealed container away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. To maintain quality, do not transfer to another container.
