This medication is used to treat gastric and duodenal ulcers, as well as to relieve symptoms of erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease. It is also effective for long-term maintenance therapy of gastroesophageal reflux disease and is used in combination with antibiotics for treating gastrointestinal ulcer patients infected with Helicobacter pylori. Additionally, it is suitable for acid-secreting disorders such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Overall, it effectively improves various gastrointestinal diseases, including digestive ulcers.

How to take

Adult dose

Gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers: Usually, 10 mg is administered orally once a day and may be increased to 20 mg once daily based on symptoms.
