This medication helps support physical health in various situations by including Vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, D, and E. It provides necessary nutrients during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, energy depletion during and after illness, as well as during growth and old age by supplementing vitamins. Additionally, it helps improve poor bone and tooth development and prevent rickets. It alleviates symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness in the hands and feet, which may occur during peripheral blood circulation disorders or menopause. Furthermore, it alleviates inflammation around the mouth and in the oral cavity (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis) and skin diseases (eczema, dermatitis), and helps reduce pigmentation caused by sunlight or skin diseases (melasma, freckles). Finally, it has a preventive effect against bleeding symptoms such as gum bleeding and nosebleeds. Overall, this drug is used to improve and prevent various symptoms and diseases of the body.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 and over, take 1 capsule twice daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excessive calcium in the blood), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or those with kidney disease. Also, individuals allergic to this drug or its ingredients, infants under 12 months, those with kidney stones, and those allergic to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts should avoid taking it. It is crucial not to take this medication together with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline formulations, antacids, or levodopa during treatment. If you are under medical treatment, have a history of oxalate nephropathy, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are premature or a child, or have gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers or chronic ulcerative colitis, you must consult a specialist before taking this medication. Caution is needed for those with heart or circulatory issues, kidney disorders, low protein blood, gout, or a history of kidney stones. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis, or those allergic to the colorant Yellow No. 5 in this product should use it carefully. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, hair loss, gastrointestinal disturbances, low blood pressure, pulmonary edema, appear during use, immediately discontinue and consult a specialist. If menstruation becomes quicker than normal or if bleeding persists, consult immediately. Especially, women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those with a predisposition to thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase. Prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and long-term ingestion of pyridoxine higher than 500mg per day may result in neuropathy. High doses can lead to worsening of peptic ulcers, glucose intolerance, hyperuricemia, and liver damage, so caution is advised. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur. Additionally, caution is required when taken with anti-aldosterone agents or triamterene as there is a risk of hyperkalemia. This medication must be strictly administered according to prescribed dosage and may affect blood sugar detection during urine tests. Urine may turn yellow, which can influence clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk of lipid overload should check plasma lipid levels and adjust the dosage accordingly, considering lipid amounts if used with other lipid agents. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool place with low moisture in a sealed container. It is important not to transfer it to other containers to maintain quality.
