  • reduced left ventricular ejection fraction
View approved original text

This medication effectively lowers blood pressure in patients with hypertension, helping to reduce cardiovascular risk. It is also suitable for patients with heart failure who have reduced left ventricular systolic function, complementing ACE inhibitor treatment or for those intolerant to such treatments. It particularly benefits patients with heart failure classified as NYHA Class II to IV, with a left ventricular ejection fraction of 40% or less, improving cardiac function and alleviating symptoms. Therefore, this medication is effectively used for symptom improvement and cardiac function enhancement in patients with hypertension and certain heart failures.
