How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 bottle (30 mL) once, 1 to 2 times a day.

Child dose

For ages 8 to 15, take 2/3 bottle (20 mL) once; for ages 5 to 7, take 1/2 bottle (15 mL); for ages 2 to 4, take 1/3 bottle (10 mL); for under 1 year, take 1/4 bottle (7.5 mL) 1 to 2 times a day.
