It helps with skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis and aids in preventing beriberi while effectively reducing eye fatigue. Additionally, it is useful for alleviating pigmentation (such as melasma and freckles) caused by sunlight or skin diseases, as well as preventing gum bleeding and nasal bleeding. Overall, the supplementation of these vitamins and zinc is used to improve various symptoms and support healthy daily activities.
How to take

For those aged 12 years and older and adults: take 2 tablets once daily or 1 tablet twice daily.
Precautions
This medication contains iron; therefore, it must be stored out of the reach of children under the age of 6, as accidental ingestion of large amounts can lead to serious poisoning and death. Interactions
Drug interactions
