For 0.1% and 0.3% formulations, instill 1 drop 5 to 6 times a day. Adjust dosage appropriately according to symptoms. Typically, the 0.1% formulation is used, and if the effect is insufficient in severe conditions, the 0.3% formulation is used.

Precautions

This drug should not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to protein-based drugs or its components. Symptoms such as itching, irritation, redness, conjunctivitis, corneal disorders, foreign body sensation, discharge, and pain may occur; if such symptoms develop, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate measures. Inflammation may occur on the eyelids or skin around the eyes, so if these symptoms arise, use of this drug should be discontinued. Adverse reactions may occur more frequently when used concurrently with steroids, dry eye treatments, antibiotics, glaucoma medications, antihistamines, cataract medications, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, so caution is advised. Do not use it simultaneously with other eye drops and ensure a 30-minute interval between uses. This drug is for ophthalmic use only, and care should be taken to prevent the tip of the container from touching the eyelid or eyelashes. If the container becomes contaminated, the drug may become cloudy, and cloudy medication should not be used. The preservative benzalkonium chloride can adsorb onto soft lenses, so do not use it while wearing lenses and wait at least 15 minutes after administration before wearing lenses. To prevent contamination of the drug, it is advisable to avoid sharing it. Keep this drug out of the reach of children, store it away from direct sunlight, and keep it in a cool place. Also, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, do not transfer the drug to another container.
