This medication is used for patients who need to take Telmisartan and Rosuvastatin together. Telmisartan treats essential hypertension and reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases in high-risk patients. Rosuvastatin lowers cholesterol levels in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia and mixed dyslipidemia and delays the progression of atherosclerosis. Additionally, Rosuvastatin decreases the risk of cardiovascular diseases and reduces the chances of stroke and myocardial infarction. Thus, this medication is used to effectively improve cardiovascular health by managing both hypertension and hyperlipidemia simultaneously.
