Do not use this drug if allergic to its active ingredients or similar classes of medications, or if pregnant or breastfeeding; patients with severely impaired liver or heart function, those undergoing kidney dialysis, patients in shock, or those with certain heart valve diseases should also avoid using it. Side effects such as dizziness, headache, lowered blood pressure, swelling, indigestion, skin rash, etc., may occur during treatment, and any unusual symptoms should be discussed with a healthcare provider. This drug may interact with other medications, so patients must inform their healthcare provider of any current medications being taken, and especially avoid taking this drug with grapefruit juice. The use of this drug during pregnancy may pose risks to the fetus; pregnant women or those planning to become pregnant should not use this drug, and breastfeeding mothers should either discontinue the medication or stop breastfeeding. Safety and efficacy in patients under 18 years of age have not been established, hence it is not recommended. Elderly patients may have impaired kidney and liver function, so they should start at low doses and have their dosage adjusted carefully. In case of overdose, severe hypotension and vascular expansion may occur, requiring immediate medical attention, along with careful monitoring of blood pressure and heart function.
